Baby is the size of a: Mango - 5.98 inches (15.2cm); 8.50 ounces (241 grams)
- Developing a protective coating over the skin, called vernix caseosa. It’s greasy and white and you may see some of it at birth.
- Working on baby’s five senses. Nerve cells for sense of taste, hearing, sight and smell are developing in baby’s brain.
Due Date: 4/2/2017
Symptoms: just neck pain here and there, some stretching and lower back/ sciatic nerve pain (ouch!) but I feel like the bump is finally appearing!!!
Best moment this week: going in for our Anatomy scan and seeing that the babies were progressing as they should be and measuring on time! Heart, brain, kidneys, stomach -- everything looked good and both Russ & I were sooo relieved leaving there. They wrote the sexes down in envelopes and I rushed to the post office to send them home to the grammies :)
Food Cravings/ Aversions: not much here thankfully cause these babies like to eat!
Sleep: every week I feel like i'm getting less and less so that isn't very fun. it's hard to get in a comfortable position without something falling asleep hehe :)
Looking forward to: we're headed up to Flagstaff/ Williams this weekend with the Reese clan for the Polar Express and Pine Canyon brunch with Santa -- it's gonna be a blast!
